Weekend Scheduling Coordinator \- Remote (must be located in Chandler, AZ area)

This is a part\-time weekend position of 20 hours. Weekend Scheduling Coordinator is required to be on call from Friday 5:00 pm \- Monday 8:00 am. We offer a competitive salary with the opportunity to participate in 401k after twelve months of employment.
Please note: an in\-person interview will be conducted in Chandler, AZ. Must live in Arizona to complete in\-person training. Overall role is remote.
Responsibilities and Tasks
● Scheduler will select, schedule, and assist in the coordination of caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients.
● Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or “call\-outs” arise. Company schedule must be complete for the next business day before leaving for the day.
● Track and record in internal system all instances of assignment refusals, call\-outs, late arrivals, early departures, etc. and share information with the Manager.
● Monitor and respond to all calls during on\-call / after\-hours scheduling.
● Reach out to caregivers and clients with regards to changes in schedule that may come up on a daily basis
● Build professional relationship(s) with clients so as to ensure excellent service delivery
● May assist in entering client and staff information into a database, and also updating it on a regular basis
● Keep Office staff up\-to date with all on\-call situations with weekly/Weekend reports.
● May assist with input of client/caregiver information into Clear care and report urgent findings to the care team.
● Audit’s caregiver timecards on a regular basis to ensure hours match scheduled hours and be prepared and verified by Office Manager. Ensure there are no missed clock ins or outs.
● May assist in other clerical duties assigned by the Scheduling Coordinator / Operations Manager.
● May assist by reaching out to new leads that come through and document on internal system and schedule assessments.
Qualifications
● Minimum of one year in a staffing position
● Excellent problem\-solving abilities are a requirement, schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions.
● Professional experience in the field of customer service
● Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements
● Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multitaskand work independently
● Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi\-task on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience with a fast\-paced environment
