    I’m a proud Antigo native, born and raised, and I love serving the community that shaped me. I’m a mom to two energetic boys, and family is at the center of everything I do. I’m also engaged to an amazing fiancé who is a State Farm agent as well, so this business is truly part of our everyday life. Being able to make a difference here at home is incredibly meaningful to me \- after all, that’s what being a good neighbor is all about.

    I graduated from Antigo High School and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from UW Green Bay. I started my journey with State Farm in May of 2020 as an Agent Team Member and opened my own agency in May of 2022\. We’re currently a growing team of four and are building something special together. Our culture is friendly, laidback, and family\-oriented. We work hard, but we also believe in enjoying the process. Flexibility and creating a supportive, family atmosphere are very important to me.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    Arika Alft \- State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist \- State Farm Agent Team Member.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
