Here are some benefits that our therapists love:

W\-2 Hourly: This is not a 1099\-contractor position, we provide benefits and support. Compensation is at 72\.00/hour

Remote: A 100% remote\-first workplace.

Flexible Schedule: You choose your hours (5\-40 per week) and set your own schedule.

Client Referrals: We handle marketing for you, and help build your caseload to the level you want.

Zero Admin Work: We manage insurance credentialing, billing, and scheduling.

Guaranteed Pay: Hourly pay on completed sessions and bi\-weekly direct deposits.

Comprehensive Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance available

You must carry your own malpractice insurance and be licensed to practice independently in Arizona without supervision.

We accept the following licenses on a state\-by\-state basis:

  • LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
