At Royal Faith Homecare Agency, we provide compassionate in\-home care for medically fragile children and families across Georgia. Through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), we help families receive skilled nursing and support services in the comfort of their homes.
We are seeking an experienced GAPP Intake \& Marketing Specialist who understands the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) and knows how to connect families with services while building strong referral relationships in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Intake \& Communication
Answer incoming calls from families, hospitals, and referral sources
Explain GAPP eligibility, benefits, and application process
Assist families with completing intake forms and gathering documents
Follow up with families on pending applications and approvals
Application Processing
Assist families with completing GAPP applications and required documentation
Coordinate with physicians for required medical forms and signatures
Communicate with case managers and Georgia Medicaid representatives
Track application timelines, authorizations, and approvals
Marketing \& Outreach
Market GAPP services to families with medically fragile children
Build relationships with referral partners such as:
Pediatric clinics
Hospitals and NICU discharge planners
Therapy centers
Schools and special needs programs
Social workers and case managers
Attend community events related to special needs and pediatric care
Help promote services through social media and community outreach
Qualifications
Required
Direct experience working with the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
Knowledge of Georgia Medicaid processes
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail\-oriented
Experience handling multiple cases or applications
Preferred
Experience in pediatric home health care
Experience in Medicaid intake or healthcare administration
Marketing or community outreach experience in healthcare
CNA, LPN, RN, or healthcare admin background
