- Maintains In\-depth understanding of all aspects of payroll coding, using systems such as Workbrain, Mytime, Aspect, and Absence Tracker.
- Manages timekeeping processes and coding for team members, ensuring accurate entry and auditing of timesheets.
- Processes and monitors state\-specific leaves, including compliance with local regulations. Coordinates and tracks FMLA coding requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates in HR systems.
- Serves as a resource for team members and leaders regarding leave policies, payroll adjustments, and coding requirements to maintain compliance and operational accuracy.
- Interprets and applies provisions of the JCBAS for TWU\-IAM and CWA\-IBT, ensuring compliance and accurate administration of contractual obligations.
- Provides excellent service to our team members through phone, email, IVR, chats, and video calls.
- Supports other administrative activities as necessary, such as management of inbound correspondence, fulfillment of customer compensation, or maintenance of activity logs

- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- 1 year of administration experience or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an office or call center setting
- Previous experience with analyzing data to improve processes and facilitate operational excellence
- Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
- Ability to prioritize work, be detail\-oriented, and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be self\-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Approachable and professional demeanor
