Position Purpose:
Serves as clerical support to the contract processes.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Accurately enters data (key/type) into applicable systems.
- Faxes effectuation notices and files the confirmations in the electronic case folders.
- Logs returned mail and researches the applicable system for the correct address.
- May email electronic notices of hearing (eNOH) or other notices.
- May retrieve and deliver mail from and to the mailroom.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six (6\) months of work experience
- Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3\) years out of the last five (5\) years? (Per Contract Requirement)

Experience
+ College education or technical training in business related areas may be substituted for experience on a month per month basis. (Education requirements may be satisfied by full\-time education or the prorated part\-time equivalent.)
