Executive Assistant
Job Overview:
Our company is looking to hire an executive assistant that reports and oversees a myriad of responsibilities for our Director of Sales. In order to continue the progression and direction of our growing company, this position is vital in our effort to keep our sales team performing optimally. This will be a dynamic position that will provide internal support, organization, prioritization, scheduling, departmental integration, as well as continuing to pursue client/ account satisfaction efforts. The ability to uphold a high degree of professionalism while deciphering and prioritizing tasks is crucial to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s) including travel arrangements
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Assist with tracking all inbound and outbound opportunities within Salesforce so that the client’s needs are always met.
- Ensure all newly qualified and obtained Leeds get converted properly with corresponding contacts and data related to internal ops.
- Build relationships centered around service fronted trust; upholding our efforts to assure what matters most to the clients matters most to us.
- Act as the main point of contact for approved resources related to the Director of Sales
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, while updating the appropriate personnel
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive in a timely and organized manner
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary in accordance with company policies
- Maintain records and documents for company executive(s)
- Various other administrative support as needed related to the Sales Dot and Director of Sales position.
- Previous experience with Salesforce a plus
- Ability to take direction and apply a self starter / results oriented / task focused mentality
- Demonstrated organizational skills with high attention to detail and work load capacity
- Proficient in email communication and professional correspondences
- Uphold a high level of communication / response time across all relative platforms
- Enter data into salesforce optimally and efficiently
- Handle and manage a high frequency sales volume with potential influxes of inquiries and correspondence demands
- Provide prompt updates and work between departments on behalf of the Director of Sales to keep opportunities from stagnating and mitigating potential issues
- Various other administrative support as needed related to the Sales Dpt and Director of Sales position.

- Some travel that aligns with the discretion of marquee events / trade\-shows / client visits may be required
- Bachelor degree preferred but not mandatory
- 3\-5 years of relative sales or executive assistantship preferred
- Installation, production, or job site setting a plus
- Knowledge or hands on experience in the signage and graphics industry
