#### About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the day\-to\-day accounts receivable operations of the company, including customer invoicing, payment processing, collections, and billing reconciliation. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely revenue recognition, and disciplined management of receivables while supporting accounting operations, reporting requirements, and period\-end close activities.

In this role, the Accounts Receivable Specialist helps ensure the accuracy and reliability of the company’s revenue processes by maintaining disciplined billing practices, timely collections, and accurate receivable reporting.

#### What You’ll Do:

• Accounts receivable activities including customer invoicing, refunds, and payment applications
• Maintain the AR Aging Report and perform collections as necessary
• Perform monthly accounts receivable billing reconciliation
• Work with Sales and internal teams to resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile and maintain bingo sales and jackpot reporting systems
• Manage and reconcile bingo progressive jackpots
• Maintain recurring billing schedules
• Process daily remote bank deposits
• Support periodend closing activities, including importing journal entries
• Prepare monthly sales commission schedules for payroll
• Prepare monthly distributor and royalty schedules for Accounts Payable
• Assist the Controller with credit card transfers and payments
• Support continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes, billing accuracy, and use of the company’s accounting system

#### What You Bring

• 35 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data
• Solid Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Professional communication skills when working with internal teams and customer accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred but not required
• Gaming industry accounting experience is a plus

• Customer invoices are issued accurately and on time
• Payments are applied correctly and receivable records remain accurate
• AR aging is actively managed and collections are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Billing discrepancies are resolved quickly through coordination with internal teams
• Financial records remain clean and reliable to support monthend close and reporting
• Accounts receivable processes run consistently and efficiently
