About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, high\-energy nutritionist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. CMI was the first practice to introduce the Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehab program in NJ.

Core Responsibilities

1\. Clinical Counseling \& Medicare Programs

• Provide one\-on\-one nutrition and obesity counseling

2\. Culinary Medicine \& Workshops

• Lead
Pritikin\-style cooking classes and workshops, demonstrating heart\-healthy, plant\-forward meal preparation techniques. (will train)

3\. Diabetes Technology \& Remote Monitoring

• Collaborate with the clinical team on
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
• Analyze blood glucose data from
Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) devices to provide real\-time feedback and lifestyle adjustments to patients. (will train)

4\. Program Development

• Take a lead role in the launch and facilitation of the
CDC\-recognized Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP).
• Develop curriculum materials and track patient outcomes to ensure program success.

Required Qualifications

* Credentials: Bachelor's degree in nutrition.

* Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to use Motivational Interviewing to drive patient behavioral change.

* Tech\-Savvy: Comfortable navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR) and interpreting data from wearable health tech (CGMs).

* Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset; you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
