Position: Administrative Assistant – Home care/Healthcare

Location: Greensboro, NC

Employment Type: Part\-time 10 \- 12hrs weekly (3 days a week)

We are seeking a reliable, detail\-oriented, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our Home care/healthcare team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations, supporting both our office and care staff so they can focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with client inquiries.

· Maintain accurate client and staff records in compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations.

· Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments, shifts, and client visits.

· Prepare and process necessary paperwork, including time sheets, billing, and payroll support.

· Assist with recruitment, on boarding, and maintaining employee files.

· Communicate with clients, families, and staff to ensure scheduling needs and service requests are met.

· Monitor supply levels and place orders for office and healthcare related materials.

· Support the management team with reports, data entry, and administrative projects as needed to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Previous administrative or office experience, preferably in Health Care or Home Care.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.

· Professional, compassionate, and team\-oriented attitude.

Preferred:

· Experience in Home Care scheduling or healthcare administration.

· Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and other healthcare regulations.
