Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional front desk support with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Operate multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and courier services
  • Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure clear communication
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Experience with data entry, proofreading documents, and managing calendars efficiently
  • Knowledge of office management procedures along with clerical experience in medical or dental reception settings is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing time efficiently in a busy environment
