We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism according to Clinique Molière's guideline
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with general office management tasks
  • Support clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and updating records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Support marketing initiatives by reaching out to local business
  • Other admin tasks as assigned by management
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or reception roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting
  • STRONG communication skills with a professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment
  • Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates time management and calendar coordination skills
