Job Summary
Overall responsibility for providing support to the Property Manager/Broker including but not limited to the duties listed below. Position is part time avg 12\-15hrs/wk with opportunity to expand as roles are added and candidate is comfortable in the role. You must be willing to travel to various areas in and around metro Atlanta for property visits and have a safe, reliable vehicle. This is a great role for a new agent looking to get steady income while growing their own business or an experienced agent looking to expand their skills in the property management arena. This position operates within and contributes to an environment in compliance with Fair Housing laws and Equal Employment Opportunity.
Qualifications/Requirements Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Work Experience: 6 months to one year of experience beneficial but willing to train the right individual
Licenses/Certifications: Georgia Real Estate License
Primary Responsibilities
Rent collections, including calls, follow ups, and placing notices
Tenant relations/communications
Maintenance Coordination, including receiving maintenance calls/emails, maintaining maintenance log, and dispatching maintenance tech/vendors
Weekly property inspections for vacant/multi\-family properties.
Performing showings and move in/move out inspections, as needed.
Renewals, including sending renewal offers and leases for signature and follow ups
Data entry of various information into the property management software
Other responsibilities assigned by property manager

Analytical Skills – ability to determine resident needs and other real estate business data knowledge.
Communication/Language Skills – ability to communicate with residents, coworkers, vendors and contractors.
Computer Skills – Gmail, Excel, Word, Internet.
Coordinating Skills – ability to organize and maintain tenant files, manage maintenance requests based on urgency.
Problem Solving – Ability to react and think quickly in potentially stressful and emergency situations in regards to maintenance and tenant needs.
Leadership Skills – ability to motivate others and operate as a team; ability to take initiative and delegate work to others; ability to handle emergency situations.
Mathematical Skills – ability to calculate balances, rent payments and pro\-rations; ability to determine appropriate pricing and quotes in collaboration with the property manager.
Other Skills – confidentiality, customer service, patience, professionalism, teamwork.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a hybrid office/work and required field work for inspections, collections, etc.

Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour

- Availability and hours are negotiable, however, part of collections will be being available every 6th for calls/notices regardless of how it falls on the calendar, can you commit to this schedule?
