Job Description – Executive Assistant
OGH is seeking a full\-time Office Assistant (36 hrs/week). The Office Assistant will play an integral role in the organizational strength of our company. The Office Assistant reports to Upper Management and provides administrative support for the daily operations of the Development Division. Primary responsibilities include administrative (construction) duties, filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. Qualified candidates will have a strong ability to multi\-task and a friendly demeanor.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Data entry tasks
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls as needed
- Filing of documents
- Communicate with clients
- Generate reports for internal company review
- Research for Construction projects
- Other administrative duties as assigned and as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment
- Able to work independently, but in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency with AppFolio Property Manager application a plus
