ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – PART TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our team is looking for a multitasker who can wear different hats. You will never be bored – one minute you could be tracking down parts on the computer, and the next you’re outside photographing our giant off road trucks or assisting the office manager with administrative tasks. No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain filing systems and organize office documents (digital and paper).
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist in any part searches needed for technicians, as well as creating parts orders for
- vendors.
- Assist in submitting bi\-weekly payroll for employees.
- Dependable with a can\-do attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a driver’s license.
- Basic PC computer skills (research, emails, google suite, etc.).
- Familiar with QuickBooks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English, written and spoken.
- Physically mobile to occasionally walk outside throughout the work yard and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Organized and pays attention to details.
- Able to quickly learn new information and adapt to evolving tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
Pay: $23\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
