Administrative \& Operations Assistant (Chandler Office – In Person)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strong, reliable, detail\-driven Administrative \& Operations Assistant to work full\-time in our Chandler office, supporting our senior managers and ensuring company standards are followed every day.

    Core ResponsibilitiesManager \& Office Support

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to
  • Michael, Jasmine, and Austin.

  • Track follow\-through on assigned tasks, deadlines, and internal processes.
  • Ensure managers are adhering to established company guidelines, workflows, and standards.
  • Organize schedules, calendars, deadlines, and internal priorities.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, reports, and communications.
  • Communication \& Client Support

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for boards, homeowners, and vendors when appropriate.
  • Ensure communications are logged, routed, and responded to properly.
  • Maintain a calm, solutions\-focused presence—especially when things get busy.
  • Administrative Execution

  • Process mail, filings, large mailings, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, document control, and internal reporting.
  • Support compliance\-related tasks and recurring administrative requirements.
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and day\-to\-day operational order.
  • Office Presence \& Culture

  • Be a steady, professional presence in the Chandler office.
  • Greet visitors and support general office operations.
  • Assist with internal initiatives, meetings, and occasional events.
  • Provide consistency as team members come and go.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable transportation (occasional local travel)
  • College degree not required.

    Military experience encouraged.

    Important Notes

    * This is a full\-time, in\-office position in Chandler.

    * Remote work is not available for this role.
