As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strong, reliable, detail\-driven Administrative \& Operations Assistant to work full\-time in our Chandler office, supporting our senior managers and ensuring company standards are followed every day.

- Track follow\-through on assigned tasks, deadlines, and internal processes.
- Ensure managers are adhering to established company guidelines, workflows, and standards.
- Organize schedules, calendars, deadlines, and internal priorities.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, reports, and communications.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for boards, homeowners, and vendors when appropriate.
- Ensure communications are logged, routed, and responded to properly.
- Maintain a calm, solutions\-focused presence—especially when things get busy.
- Process mail, filings, large mailings, and official correspondence.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, document control, and internal reporting.
- Support compliance\-related tasks and recurring administrative requirements.
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and day\-to\-day operational order.
- Be a steady, professional presence in the Chandler office.
- Greet visitors and support general office operations.
- Assist with internal initiatives, meetings, and occasional events.
- Provide consistency as team members come and go.
- Comfortable holding others accountable in a professional way
- Clear, confident communicator (phone, email, in person)
- Able to work independently without needing constant direction
- Calm under pressure; steady when others are busy
- Willing to learn HOA operations, systems, and processes
- Reliable transportation (occasional local travel)
