Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, assisting with customer service, and helping with various office tasks. This is a full\-time position with competitive pay.

Duties

\- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

\- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic

\- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and addressing their inquiries or concerns

\- Assist with event planning and coordination

\- Support the office in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

\- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing

\- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Skills

\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

\- Excellent customer service skills to provide friendly and professional assistance to clients

\- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

\- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

\- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

\- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed

\- Knowledge of event planning principles is a plus

\- Previous experience in a medical office or related field is an advantage

\- Good computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems

Requirements:

\- High School Diploma or equivalent

\- College preferred

\- Within 3 months of employment, Office Administrator will be required to obtain a CA Department of Insurance License.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $18\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
