Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will excel in managing calendars, coordinating projects, and handling a variety of office tasks with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with office technology to ensure smooth daily operations and effective executive support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate major events and programs (Gala, Stuff the Bus, Scholarships, Grants).
- Manage donor communications, sponsorships, and fundraising activities.
- Oversee financial processes, reporting, and compliance.
- Lead social media and marketing efforts; maintain website updates.
- Build strong relationships with district leaders, volunteers, and community partners
- Proficiency in computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry systems.
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems, Microsoft Outlook Calendar management, transcription services, proofreading, filing systems, and front desk operations is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—are essential for success in this role.
