We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our international customer accounts and domestic export operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Servicing international customer accounts and some domestic export customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and preparing quotes
- Coordinating shipping and billing
- Preparing customs documentation and export paperwork
- Performing general administrative and data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish required)
- Strong computer skills and general office software proficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Data Entry: 1 year preferred
- Customer Service: 2 years preferred
- Administrative Assistant: 2 years preferred
