### Job Summary
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
### Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently
- Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and maintain files and records (digital and physical)
- Generate reports as required
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Respond to data\-related inquiries from team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time\-management skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
- Experience with data management software
- Familiarity with database systems
- Basic knowledge of data privacy principles
- Office\-based or remote (depending on company needs)
