POSITION SUMMARY
Assists department and management officials by providing administrative support.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives and carries out instructions.
- Keeps informed of company policies and procedures; answers related internal and external questions with authority.
- Performs general clerical office duties to include, but not limited to, mail, filing, telephones, data entry, copying,
- Monitors and maintains departmental record systems, files, and paperwork.
- Research, tracks and compiles statistical and written reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Receives and protects confidential information.
- Provides backup and training within department as needed.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships.
- Performs special projects as assigned.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
CERTIFICATIONS, REGISTRATIONS AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Breath Alcohol Technician as required by manager/location.
Specimen Collector for Drug Testing as required by manager/location.
Valid Driver's License as required by manager/location
