### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and provide support to staff and management to ensure efficient office functioning.
### Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with data entry and record\-keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements when needed
- Provide general support to staff and management
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with office management software
- Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
- Office\-based or remote (depending on company needs)
- May require occasional overtime during busy periods
