We are a busy, high\-producing real estate office seeking a full\-time, in\-office assistant who is organized, proactive, and genuinely committed to supporting a top\-tier team.

This is NOT a remote job.

This is NOT a position for someone who needs hand\-holding or watches the clock.

This is the perfect role for a true professional who takes ownership and solves problems before anyone else even notices them.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and team members warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for agents
  • Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google and other Real Estate specific software
  • Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with marketing on new properties
  • Keep the office running efficiently and professionally
  • Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using time management skills
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience in a customer\-focused environment is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is highly desirable
  • Ideally have an
  • NC Real Estate License or real estate office experience
