Job Overview

Outdoor Services Company is a locally owned, fast growing company, we are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Scheduler / Controller.

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in inputting and updating scheduled tasks.

Duties

  • Update Scheduled tasks into our CRM for our Landscape and Concrete Sides of the company
  • As our Admin Assistant you must be able to handle information and maintain professionalism in your interaction with others. Attention to details and punctuality is a must. You need to be able to multitask and have good time\-management skills.
  • You must have strong organizational skills, able to learn new tasks, process tasks and data in a timely manner
  • Assist with any office related day to day tasks.
  • Assist with pay applications
  • Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Excel and word
  • Data Entry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organization skills and ability to multitask
  • Team player
  • Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $800\.00 \- $1,000\.00 per week
