Outdoor Services Company is a locally owned, fast growing company, we are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Scheduler / Controller.
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in inputting and updating scheduled tasks.
Duties
- Update Scheduled tasks into our CRM for our Landscape and Concrete Sides of the company
- As our Admin Assistant you must be able to handle information and maintain professionalism in your interaction with others. Attention to details and punctuality is a must. You need to be able to multitask and have good time\-management skills.
- You must have strong organizational skills, able to learn new tasks, process tasks and data in a timely manner
- Assist with any office related day to day tasks.
- Assist with pay applications
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Excel and word
- Data Entry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organization skills and ability to multitask
- Team player
