Responsibilities:

\- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

\- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

\- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner

\- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as needed

\- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

\- Manage calendars, including scheduling and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements

\- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms

\- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in databases or spreadsheets

\- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and records

\- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Experience:

\- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred

\- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

\- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus

\- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

\- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

\- Ability to transcribe documents accurately and efficiently

\- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
