Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events with attention to detail.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Perform office management duties including supply inventory control, filing systems organization, and overseeing general administrative workflows.
  • Provide excellent customer service by supporting client inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance at the front desk or via virtual communication channels.
  • Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills.
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing systems, proofreading documents, calendar management, and customer support is highly desirable.

Pay: $24\.87 \- $29\.95 per hour
