We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. As the front line of our office, you will manage daily administrative tasks, handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, and ensure smooth office operations. Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including filing, data entry, and updating office supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar entries using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
- Support office management activities including bookkeeping, proofing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
- Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
- Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist, ideally within a healthcare or professional setting such as dental or medical offices
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry abilities
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Previous clerical or administrative experience including filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while providing outstanding customer service
- Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not mandatory
