Project Coordinator – Electrical Construction
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Pay Range: $22\-$28/hour

- Assist project management team with project setup, planning, and execution support.
- Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts, drawings, submittal logs, schedules, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, proposals, and routine correspondence.
- Track and process project paperwork such as invoices, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, change orders, lien waivers, and billing records.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to verify deliverables, compliance, and deadlines.
- Assist with scheduling, subcontractor communication, and field coordination as directed by project managers.
- Ensure accurate project cost tracking and timekeeping; help monitor budgets.
- Support project start\-ups, close\-outs, and transition documentation.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, data entry, and calendar coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in construction management, business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years administrative or coordination experience; construction or electrical experience is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
