This is not a remote position. This is a full\-time, on\-site, permanent role.

Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant supports customer service, order processing, shipping coordination, and general office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to follow established processes consistently.

- Assist with customer intake paperwork

- Process customer orders accurately
- Packaging/Shipping small orders as needed \[Low volume, generally less than 5\-10 small orders per day]
- Document order issues and customer communications
- Perform scheduled inventory counts under supervision from the Inventory Controller
- Assis Inventory Controll as needed with taking product photos, updating product descriptions, etc
- Enter vendor invoices and expenses into Quickbooks Desktop
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records
- Scan/attach vendor invoices into Quickbooks
- Assist COO with month end data entry
- Create and update forms, checklists, and internal documents
- Maintain company manuals and internal procedures
- Support onboarding and interview scheduling
- Update internal project boards
- Assist with general office organization and upkeep
- General Office duties: filing, laminating, copying, creating binders, etc
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work repetitious tasks at times, without issue
- Independent, self\-starter work style
- QuickBooks experience
- Shipping/receiving experience
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or small business environments
