We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing front desk duties, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls using proper phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily tasks
- Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities
- Support team members with organisational needs and administrative projects as required
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
- Proven office experience or clerical experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently whilst being a proactive team player
- Organised, reliable, with a keen eye for detail
