Office \& Scheduling Assistant (Construction Services)

Location: 4380 Alexander Blvd\-G – \[Remote/In\-Office/Hybrid] Job Type: Part\-Time (Weekends Required) Pay: $16\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour

About the Role

Are you a detail\-oriented multitasker who enjoys keeping projects moving? We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and serve as the backbone of our weekend operations. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, the keeper of our schedule, and a vital supporter of our project management workflow.

This isn't just "answering phones"—you’ll be diving into the world of construction management, ensuring our crews stay busy and our customers stay happy.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Communication: Handle incoming calls with a professional, friendly demeanor. You’ll answer questions, intake new leads, and provide updates to current clients.

* Appointment Setting: Proactively manage our calendar by booking estimates and service appointments.

* Outreach: Occasionally call previous and current customers to follow up on completed work or schedule recurring maintenance/services.

* JobTread Management: Use our construction management software (JobTread) to update project statuses, upload documents, and ensure data accuracy.

* Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and basic document preparation.

Qualifications

* Availability: Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (specific hours can be discussed).

* Tech Savvy: You don’t need to be a programmer, but you should be comfortable learning new software. Experience with JobTread is a huge plus, but we will train the right candidate.

* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should feel comfortable making outbound "warm" calls.

* Organization: The ability to juggle multiple schedules and prioritize tasks without getting overwhelmed.

* Experience: Previous experience in construction, trades, or professional scheduling is preferred.
