- First\-Chair Trials: You will be the lead voice in the courtroom for jury and bench trials.
- Production, Not Admin: You will have paralegal support to handle the paperwork. Your job is to be on your feet, not stuck behind a desk.
- Experience: 5\+ years of litigation experience. You must be comfortable walking into a courtroom tomorrow.
- The "Right Stuff": No specific PI experience? That’s okay. If you are an exceptional civil litigator or former prosecutor with the right drive, we will teach you the medical science and the PI playbook.
- Tech Savvy: We run a modern, digital firm.
- Logistics: Virginia Bar Admission (Good Standing), clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required. You must be willing to travel to courts in Winchester and Harrisonburg regularly.
- Performance: Uncapped fee\-sharing and bonus structure. Realistic OTE is $300k\+ for high performers.
