Position Description
The Emerging Talent Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in professional sports. Our mission is to attract top, early\-career talent and provide meaningful, hands\-on experience within the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization.
Participants do more than observe; they contribute. Interns gain real\-world experience, insider access, and a comprehensive understanding of how a professional football organization operates. The program is intentionally structured to help participants build upon their academic foundation while defining clear, career\-focused goals.
Each intern is placed within a specific department while also being encouraged to explore the broader business of football through networking opportunities, a Capstone Project, and our Internship Learning Series. Throughout the program, interns collaborate with team executives and build professional relationships that extend well beyond their internship experience.
This is a paid, hourly internship running from July 13, 2026, through June 25, 2027\.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with a team of Producers
- Shoot, edit, and upload weekly media availability of team players and personnel
- Produce short\-form and mid\-form content for Buccaneers platforms, including but not limited to:
- Highlight packages
- Event recap packages
- Game highlight edits
- Player/Personnel teleprompter reads
- Production Assistant for off\-site shoots
- Produce additional video content as assigned
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong professional demeanor
- REQUIRED: Submit a link to your video reel when applying. Applications without a video reel will not be considered. We must be able to assess your skillset and ability to determine your qualifications for the role.
- Completed bachelor’s or graduate degree
- Experience operating ARRI, Sony, and Canon camera workflow
- Strong knowledge of Adobe workflow, including Premieer Pro CC, Photoshop CC, and After Effects CC
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred
