With a strong social media presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, our company produces daily content, hosts a national podcast, and manages a thriving mentorship community.
We’re expanding our operations and looking for a Social Media Manager \& Administrative Assistant to help manage day\-to\-day media and business operations.
The Role
This is a hybrid position where you’ll split your time evenly between:
Social media content creation and management (75%)
Administrative and executive support (25%)
You’ll work directly with Christian Osgood from his home office in Flower Mound, TX. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, tech\-savvy, and thrives in a fast\-moving entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Responsibilities
- Edit and post short\-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Upload long\-form YouTube videos with optimized titles and descriptions
- Manage a content calendar and schedule daily uploads
- Write engaging captions and assist with thumbnails
- Monitor engagement metrics and coordinate with marketing partners
- Manage calendar and email inbox; schedule meetings and interviews
- Book podcast guests and coordinate logistics
- Organize files, documents, and CRM updates
- Track deliverables and assist with light project management
- Provide on\-site support 3 days per week and remote support 2 days per week
- 2\+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or executive assistance
- Proficient in short\-form video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in real estate, coaching, or online education
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, or Canva

* Remote: 2 days/week work\-from\-home
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation \& Benefits
* Salary: $48,000 per year
