Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Answer multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management tasks
  • Assist with customer service tasks, providing support via phone, email, or in person
  • Handle administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing emails
  • Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and task prioritization
  • Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience with office management, clerical work, and administrative support functions
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and front desk procedures
  • High level of computer literacy and data entry accuracy
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure error\-free documentation
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience as an office assistant, medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is desirable
  • This position provides an engaging work environment where professionalism, efficiency, and customer service excellence are valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations while supporting team members across various administrative functions.

    Pay: $23\.78 \- $28\.63 per hour
