Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Answer multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management tasks
- Assist with customer service tasks, providing support via phone, email, or in person
- Handle administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing emails
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and task prioritization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with office management, clerical work, and administrative support functions
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and front desk procedures
- High level of computer literacy and data entry accuracy
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure error\-free documentation
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience as an office assistant, medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is desirable
