Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for providing outstanding administrative support.
Duties
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Greet visitors at the front desk, provide exceptional customer service, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support office management activities including supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, managing email communication, and supporting calendar management
- Drive CEO in provided vehicle to appointments and meetings
- Errands and other tasks to support the CEO both personally and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is advantageous
- Strong computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail in proofreading documents
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities
