Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
West Virginia Junior College (WVJC) is seeking a customer service focused, highly organized, detail\-oriented Front Office Manager/Executive Assistant to respond to all incoming call requests and day\-to\-day lead management operations in a fast\-paced education environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and service the needs of customers
- Lead management
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Open and close Morgantown Campus location
- Must live within 30 minutes of the WVJC Morgantown Campus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Surveys, etc.).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- High level of technology proficiency and comfort learning new systems quickly.
