$20–$24/hour (based on experience)
Our client, a well\-established construction company in Lorton, VA, is looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented Office Assistant to support day\-to\-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, juggling multiple priorities, and being a key support player in a busy office environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and document preparation
- Handle general office duties such as mail, scanning, copying, scheduling, and coordination
- Learn and take on additional administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Assist other departments as business needs arise
- Construction industry experience a big plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of administrative responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
