Hi there! My name is Sadie, I run a Healthcare Management business, specializing in supporting small private practices. Right now, it’s just me, but I’m ready to bring on an assistant to work closely alongside me as the business grows.
I’m looking for someone who’s not just capable, but a great personality fit. Someone reliable, communicative, organized, and comfortable jumping in to help with the day\-to\-day of running a business. This role will start with administrative and internal support and has the potential to grow into more responsibility over time.

Starting at around 5 hours/week with the potential for more. This is a great position for someone who is looking for some supplemental income and has a flexible schedule.
What you'll help with \-
- General administrative support (email management, data entry, document organization)
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Submitting insurance authorizations
- Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems
- Supporting workflow organization and process improvements
- Cleaning up email inbox and Google drive
- Applying EOBs
- Adding referral information into patient charts
- Calling insurance companies to check claim/credentialing status
- Send outstanding balance emails
- Faxing completed plan of cares
- Entering insurance policy details
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Detail\-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Experience supporting small businesses especially healthcare\-related businesses
- Familiarity with billing, insurance, or revenue cycle management
- Experience with automation tools, EMRs, or project management software
