Licensed Therapist \& Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) — Telehealth, 1099 Contract About IPW Health IPW Health (Integrative Psychiatry \& Wellness) is a growing behavioral health group practice providing telehealth therapy and psychiatry across California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. Our therapists and psychiatric nurse practitioners collaborate closely to deliver integrative, whole\-person care to teens (12\+) and adults. The Role We're looking for an experienced licensed clinician who wants both a caseload and a leadership role. You'll see your own therapy clients and supervise our associate therapists, a great fit for someone who loves clinical work and mentoring. What You'll Do: Clinical Provide individual therapy via telehealth using evidence\-based approaches (CBT, ERP for OCD, EMDR/trauma\-focused care, and others) Complete intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes in IntakeQ Coordinate care with our psychiatric NPs on shared clients What You'll Do: Supervisory Provide weekly BBS\-compliant supervision to associate therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) Review and countersign associate documentation Lead case consultation and support risk assessment and clinical decision\-making Maintain supervision logs and sign experience verification forms Requirements Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (OR, WA, or CO licensure a plus) Licensed for at least 2 years and meeting all BBS supervisor qualifications Completed the BBS\-required 15\-hour supervision training (with current continuing education) 2\+ years of post\-licensure clinical experience; prior supervision experience preferred Own malpractice coverage, or willingness to obtain it What We Offer 100% remote, flexible schedule — you set your caseload and hours Pay: $65–$90 per therapy session, plus $75–$110 per supervision hour Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and intake handled by our admin team Steady referrals from insurance panels, self\-pay, and directory listings A leadership role in a practice expanding across four states Job Type: Contract (1099\), part\-time or full\-time caseload Location: Remote (telehealth), practice based in Mission Viejo, CA To apply, submit your CV, license number, weekly availability, and a brief summary of your clinical and supervision experience.
