Your PSYPACT credential should be earning you more than a single\-state caseload at insurance rates. CEREVITY is a nationwide concierge telehealth network for psychologists who do their best work with high\-achieving adults: executives, founders, physicians, attorneys, pilots, and other demanding professionals. The work is premium and private\-pay, without the administrative grind. Compensation Private\-pay only. No insurance billing, no claim denials, no collections. Paid on a two\-week cycle by direct deposit. 50\-minute session: $120 90\-minute session: $215 3\-hour intensive: $400 Longer engagements pay more by design. Extended work asks more of you, and the comp reflects that. Concierge members hold a monthly allocation of sessions, and you're paid your full rate for each one used. That covers sessions they attend, no\-shows and late cancellations (once you've done the standard outreach), and even cancellations made with 24 hours' notice. A Signature member (8 sessions a month) is worth up to $960 a month from a single client. FAA/HIMS quarterly reports pay a flat $200\. The Role Provide psychotherapy to high\-achieving adults via secure telehealth as a 1099 independent contractor. You handle the clinical work. We handle client acquisition, intake, matching, scheduling, billing, and support. Conduct virtual sessions in 50\-minute, 90\-minute, and 3\-hour formats Document in our EHR (Jane App, provided) within 48 hours of each session Maintain active licensure, PSYPACT authorization, and current availability Coordinate with the CEREVITY care team when clinically appropriate Requirements Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) with active, unrestricted licensure Current PSYPACT APIT and E.Passport authorization Clinical experience with high\-achieving adults, such as executive burnout, performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, career transitions, or relationships under pressure Minimum 1 year post\-licensure clinical experience Capacity for 5 to 20 sessions per week Active professional liability insurance Proficiency with EHR, telehealth, and standard digital workflows A real plus: if you also see couples or families, tell us.
