As a fully remote PMHNP, you'll join that team, working closely with therapists, our supervising psychiatrist, and administrative staff who manage scheduling and billing. Job at a Glance Location: Full\-time, fully remote. MUST be licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California for longer than 1 year. MUST currently live in CA, NV, NM, TX, or FL Pay: $165,000 \- $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a true salary, not pay per session. Schedule: Monday\-Friday, 9am \- 6pm Pacific Time with a one\-hour lunch. An alternative Monday\-Thursday schedule is available. Remote doesn't mean "set your own schedule": our NPs work a consistent, structured weekly schedule that ensures continuity of care and team collaboration. What You'll Do Conduct telehealth evaluations, assessments, and medication management sessions to clients located in CA.
