Overview You will be responsible for testing end\-to\-end payroll processing and reconciliation within ADP Lyric, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll runs. Working closely with project teams and client stakeholders, you will support system testing, integrations, and go\-live activities, acting as a subject matter expert on Lyric payroll processes and controls. Your work will directly impact payroll reliability, tax compliance, and the success of new implementations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Execute end\-to\-end payroll processing in ADP Lyric, including pre\-payroll checks, calculation runs, and post\-payroll reconciliation. Perform detailed system testing (including UAT and PAT) for new configurations, enhancements, and integrations, documenting results and defects. Troubleshoot payroll and system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and ADP support as needed. Support implementation activities, including configuration validation, parallel testing, and readiness assessments ahead of go\-live. Provide go\-live and post\-go\-live support, monitoring payroll runs, resolving issues, and stabilizing processes for client stakeholders. Collaborate with HCM and technical teams to validate and maintain integrations between ADP Lyric and upstream/downstream systems. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a payroll consultant or payroll specialist working specifically with ADP Lyric. Strong background in end\-to\-end payroll processing and reconciliation for large employee populations. Demonstrated expertise in multi\-state payroll tax compliance, including handling complex jurisdictional rules. Hands\-on experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a payroll/HCM environment. Track record of supporting implementation testing (UAT, PAT) and go\-live activities for payroll systems. Ability to interpret payroll data, identify discrepancies, and apply corrective actions with close attention to detail. Strong communication skills for collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and technical resources in a remote setting. Comfortable working independently in a contract role, managing priorities and deadlines across multiple workstreams. Desirable Skills: Background in payroll process improvement, controls design, or audit support. Familiarity with change management and end\-user training in payroll implementations. Qualifications: Formal training or certification on ADP Lyric or ADP payroll solutions is advantageous. Evidence of continuing education in payroll, tax compliance, or HR technology is a plus Pay: $70\.00 \- $85\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40\.0 per week Work Location: Remote
