Conflict Checks \& Matter Intake Conflict \& Compliance Run conflict checks and pull complaints and LWDA letters for prospective and current matters Matter Setup Open new matters for current clients Create dingers on the case portal website for new and potential clients at a partner’s request Prospect \& Meeting Coordination Prospect Support Support prospect coordination with the Prospect Coordinator, ensuring emails and responses are handled promptly Review prospect status report developed by the Prospect Coordinator and alert relevant Partner when follow\-up required Partner with Admin Assistants to schedule and book meetings with partners Assemble Pre\-Pitch notes for Partners once meeting has been scheduled with prospected client and send prior to meeting (Deliver at least 1hour prior) Send reminders to Partners and Prospected Clients about outstanding engagement agreements Client Onboarding \& Offboarding Engagement Agreements Serve as direct support in the engagement process, including conflict checks, drafting engagement agreements, new client onboarding, and opening new matters in Clio and NetDocuments Set up RFP (Request for Proposal) decks for partners with a high level of responsiveness Offboarding Confirm the scope of disengagement with the handling partner (full client vs. a single matter, and whether an advice\-and\-counsel matter stays open) Assess retainer status and coordinate with the partner and CBS on refunding or reallocating funds, confirming the client’s mailing address Draft the disengagement letter from the firm template, route it to the handling partner for review, and finalize it for sending Close the matter in Clio (status and closed date) and file the finalized letter in the client’s NetDocs Engagement Agreements folder Pay: $26\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in a law firm completing tasks such as engagement letters, running conflict checks, and/or opening new matters?
