Job Description We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Salesforce platform delivery experience to lead Agile delivery teams in a fast\-paced Salesforce implementation environment. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience managing Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, coordinating cross\-functional teams, tracking delivery metrics, and working closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders. Candidates should have strong experience with Salesforce platforms such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, release management, and deployment processes is highly preferred. Required Qualifications 7\+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including experience with one or more of: + Salesforce Health Cloud + Salesforce Service Cloud + Salesforce Experience Cloud Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams. Strong experience facilitating: + Sprint Planning + Daily Standups + Sprint Reviews/Demos + Sprint Retrospectives + Backlog Refinement Proven ability to identify and remove blockers/impediments and keep teams focused on sprint goals. Experience working with: + Product Owners + Business Analysts + Salesforce Developers + Salesforce Administrators + QA/Test Teams + Technical and Business Stakeholders Experience working in fast\-paced Salesforce implementation/delivery projects, not solely production support or O\&M environments. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. SAFe experience is a plus. Understanding of Salesforce: + Release cycles + Configuration + Customization + Integrations + Deployment processes Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder\-management skills. Experience tracking and reporting: + Sprint metrics + Velocity + Risks + Dependencies + Delivery progress Experience with Agile/project management tools such as: + Jira + Confluence + Zephyr + Salesforce DevOps tools Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master certification such as: + CSM + PSM + SAFe Scrum Master Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce configuration experience. Hands\-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization. Experience with Salesforce DevOps/release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or similar tools. Experience working in SAFe or other scaled Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective Agile execution. Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog. Identify, track, and remove delivery blockers and impediments. Keep development, Salesforce administration, QA, and business teams aligned with sprint goals. Monitor sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics. Facilitate communication between technical and non\-technical stakeholders. Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices. Coordinate Salesforce implementation and release activities. Help teams understand and follow Salesforce release and deployment processes. Identify delivery risks and proactively escalate issues when necessary. Ensure teams remain focused on committed sprint objectives and delivery timelines. Support a collaborative, transparent, and high\-performing Agile team environment. Mandatory Requirements Must Have: 7\+ years Salesforce platform delivery experience Scrum Master experience Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud experience Salesforce implementation/delivery experience Sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Blocker/impediment management Jira/Agile tools experience Strong stakeholder communication U.S. Citizenship Preferred: CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification Salesforce Admin/configuration experience SAFe experience Confluence / Zephyr Salesforce DevOps/release management experience Qualifications 7\+ years of experience in Salesforce platform delivery and Agile/Scrum environments. Experience working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus. Experience tracking velocity, sprint metrics, delivery progress, risks, and dependencies. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and/or Salesforce DevOps tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder\-management skills. CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification is preferred. Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce configuration experience is highly desirable. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
