Full Time Job Description: Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking an experienced Contact Center Representative to join our team. We are looking for a contact center representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The Contact Center Representative will be part of a team of inside sales representatives responsible for positioning Verizon Wireless products, services, and solutions to business and consumer customers through outbound calling efforts. Setting appointments for Verizon customers at our network of retail locations by driving marketing and promotional campaigns. Conduct outbound calling for follow\-ups and sales promotions. Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and SMS messages. Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team. Upsell products or services to increase revenue. Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Qualifications/Requirements: At least a High School degree or equivalent. At least two (2\) years experience in a call center or tele sales environment At least two (2\) years customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications.
