Home State Bank is hiring a full\-time Commercial Loan Associate for our Crystal Lake, IL branch. About You The Commercial Loan Associate will perform various clerical duties in processing and servicing commercial loans. The position will work closely with Commercial Loan Officers to provide a high level of customer service in providing assistance in the management of the client relationship and portfolio. This position will order tract searches and title policies, prepare and record title releases, verify credit information, schedule and close loans, bill customers, quote payoffs and prepare payoff letters, fund construction loans, audit files, close loan files when paid, maintain updated floor plans/schedules. Prior commercial loan experience preferred. This is not a remote position, must be in person. Up for the challenge?
