At our clinic, you’ll enjoy 40\-minute, one\-on\-one sessions with patients, no double\-booking, and no nights or weekends required. Additionally, we utilize PT aides for support. We offer mentorship for new grads, excellent benefits, and ample paid time off. Our team treats a wide range of patients, from post\-op athletes to total joint cases, and collaborates closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs on pre\- and post\-operative rehab. We expect to pay between $27\.00\- $44\.46 of the overall compensation range for this role. Final pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity. What You'll Do: Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy Educate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment program Provide high\-quality patient care in alignment with APTA standards Requirements Physical Therapy Assistant License Must meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squatting Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution\-oriented Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA) Work Environment/Physical Demands The work environment/physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
