Community Network Scout — Remote, Flexible Opportunity

Job Description What if the relationships you already build in everyday life could become part of a network that creates income and revenue opportunities over time? We are expanding our WorldOS Scout Network and looking for outgoing, resourceful people who enjoy meeting others, building relationships, and connecting people with useful resources. This is not an insurance sales position. You do not sell Medicare plans, provide insurance advice, or need to become an insurance agent to participate as a Scout. Instead, Scouts help build connections. You might meet someone who needs Medicare assistance. You might develop a relationship with a local business or community organization. Or you might introduce another person who would make a great Scout. When appropriate, you make the connection. Our licensed team handles the Medicare\-specific work, and if we are able to assist through a qualifying referral, you can get paid. What makes the Scout Network different? Approved Scouts receive their own WorldOS Scout workspace built specifically to help them organize, track, and grow their activity. From one place, you can: Refer people who may need Medicare assistance Build relationships with businesses and community organizations Introduce and grow your own direct Scout team Track your referrals and their progress Track eligible compensation and payment activity Access conversation guidance and the Scout Playbook Receive Scout support when you need assistance Your Scout identity stays connected to the relationships and qualifying activity you create. The system is designed to help you build something over time instead of starting from zero with every new opportunity. The licensed/admin team determines the appropriate referral classification and whether program requirements have been satisfied. Scouts do not make Medicare eligibility or compensation determinations themselves. There are also opportunities to grow revenue through business relationships and by personally introducing other Scouts into the network. Qualifying activity from those scouts you introduce may create additional Scout compensation under the program terms. Who might be a good fit? Some Scouts may simply make occasional referrals. Others may decide to actively develop business relationships and grow their Scout network. The more productive relationships and qualifying activity you create, the more opportunity you have to generate Scout income under the program.
