Key Responsibilities: ===================== Clinical Excellence: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized, evidence\-based behavior support plans (BSPs). Team Supervision: Mentor, train, and supervise BCaBAs, Mid\-Level Supervisors, and RBTs to maintain high standards of care. Progress Monitoring: Regularly review client data, hold case reviews, and make clinical adjustments to optimize treatment outcomes. Family Support: Conduct engaging caregiver training sessions to ensure skill generalization at home and in the community. Compliance: Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in alignment with BACB ethical codes and payor standards. ### Requirements ### Qualifications Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential in good standing with the BACB. Clinical Background: Proven track record in ABA assessment, program design, and direct clinical service delivery. Leadership Skills: Experience supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary clinical teams.
